NTUC Club, the entertainment arm of NTUC, was established in December 1986 to provide affordable lifestyle options for union members and the public.
Club started with a clubhouse at Shenton Way and opened a resort in Pasir Ris in 1988. Since then, it has become the largest leisure provider in Singapore with several subsidiaries including Quebec Leisure International Pte Ltd, NCI Golf Pte Ltd, Family Leisure Pte Ltd, Resorts Concept Pte Ltd and Leisurequest Pte Ltd. It manages five clubhouses (DXO, Scarlet City, Union Square, Happy Days and Jest D’ Place), three resorts (Costa Sands Resorts at Downtown East, Pasir Ris and Sentosa), two theme parks (Wild Wild Wet and Escape Theme Park), a golf course (Marina Bay Golf Course), five bowling centres (Orchid Bowl) and a one-stop recreation cum lifestyle complex (Downtown East), which includes the latest shopping and leisure mall, E!hub.
Club membership has grown beyond 500,000, with diverse profiles across age, race and nationality, from blue collar workers to management levels. As an active corporate citizen, Club supports the labour movement and aims to build a more inclusive society in Singapore. This means taking a social responsibility towards its staff, the community and the environment, which is core to everything Club does.
Mission
Our Core Values
Core Identity - Our Logo

Our exciting new brand design will help us communicate our brand intent so everybody in Singapore understands what NTUC Club is about. We provide fun and exciting facilities and activities for people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy in Singapore.
Our symbol illustrates the fun and vibrancy of our brand through an iconic leaping brushstroke figure that expresses the joy we aim to bring to our members and customers of all ages. This combined with our U symbol represents our vision of ‘a better more meaningful life for all’ as a part of the Labour Movement.
Our U symbol is made up of three ‘U’s. Firstly a strong, dynamic and progressive U that represents The Labour Movement, secondly the U that represents ‘you’ the individuals we serve and thirdly an overlapping ‘invisible’ U that symbolises the way we stand alongside all our customers and help bring joy to their every day lives.
Our colours are red indicating our links to the Labour Movement and orange, symbolising our warm, friendly and vibrant personality. Our supporting colours are a fresh green and blue, reflecting a bright and optimistic approach to the diverse range of ways we serve our customers.
Our logotype is in a fluid, contemporary italic font symbolising our energy and strength, combined with our progressive approach as an organisation. Our brushstroke figure is also reflected as a super-graphic brushstroke in our design applications, where it is used to express the fun and vitality that we bring to everything we do.
