NTUC Club, the leisure and entertainment arm of NTUC, was established in December 1986 to provide affordable lifestyle options for union members and the public.
NTUC Club started with a clubhouse at Shenton Way and opened a resort in Pasir Ris in 1988. Since then, it has become the largest leisure provider in Singapore with several subsidiaries including Quebec Leisure International Pte Ltd, NCI Golf Pte Ltd, Family Leisure Pte Ltd, Resorts Concept Pte Ltd and Leisurequest Pte Ltd. It manages four clubhouses (Scarlet City, Union Square, Happy Days and Jest D’Place), three resorts (Costa Sands Resorts at Downtown East, Pasir Ris and Sentosa), a water park (Wild Wild Wet), a golf course (Marina Bay Golf Course), five bowling centres (Orchid Bowl) and a one-stop leisure and lifestyle destination (Downtown East), which includes the 5-storey shopping and leisurecentre, E!hub.
As an active corporate citizen, NTUC Club supports the Labour Movement and aims to build a more inclusive society in Singapore. This means taking a social responsibility towards its staff, the community and the environment, which is core to everything NTUC Club does.
