Manager / Assistant Manager, Travel

The (Assistant) Manager, Travel works closely with the Senior Manager and Management team to drive business development, partnerships and travel product initiatives across B2B, union, and consumer channels. The role also leads the day-to-day sales and operational activities of the travel team, ensuring smooth execution of travel programs, supplier coordination, and delivery of travel services within NTUC Club’s ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the daily sales, operations, and client servicing activities of the travel team, supervising the team to ensure efficient program delivery, supplier coordination, and achievement of travel business targets.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel, tours, and experiences sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers including hotels, airlines, ferry operators, tour operators, and attractions.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and travel program itineraries for clients.
  • Ensure smooth operational delivery of travel programs and group trips.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business/Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B partners and merchant onboarding with a proven track record, ideally in e-Commerce/Online marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Strong written, presentation and oral communications skills.
  • Possess strong business/partner networks, especially in travel and leisure sectors.
  • Numbers driven and strong analytical skill.
  • Positive, team-player and energetic attitude.
  • Background in digital / e-commerce / online marketplaces environment.
