This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, preparing payment runs, maintaining vendor records, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and assisting with month-end closing activities.
As a member of the UPlay Communities - Engagement Team, you will play a critical role in guiding the development and expansion of the department’s segment-based communities. Your responsibilities will center on strategic planning, collaborating and managing partnerships, and organising community-based programmes. These efforts aim to attract new partners and members, enhance experiences for current members, and sustain ongoing engagement within NTUC Club’s entities as well as the broader Labour Movement.
