Job Description

  • Full spectrum of payroll processing for about 450 employees for 2 cycle runs per month using BIPO system
  • Tabulate the costs for secondment staff for finance billing
  • Check and prepare overtime payment staff to be paid on 14th of the following month
  • FWL cost allocation and adjustment (waiver)
  • CPF submission for entities via CrimsonLogin and CPF website
  • Prepare payroll general journals to upload into accounting system (Crimso) for monthly accounting and month end closing
  • Checking all the flexible benefit claims provided by HR to process and pay on end month
  • Upload Assist Rider and MSO upon receiving updates from HR into the payroll system
  • Ad-hoc items like submission of government paid claims, MOM survey or WICA claim for HR, new join, and resigned staff salaries
  • Prepare monthly headcount report for HR team
  • Assist to input incentives, allowances, and deductions into payroll system
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Reporting Officer

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
  • Knowledge with BIPO system will be an added advantage
  • High level of accuracy, strong analytical ability and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work under pressure
