Senior Executive / Executive, Travel Sales & Operations

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Sales & Operations Executive to ensure seamless delivery of group travel programs by supporting ticketing, hotel arrangements, logistics preparation and client coordination, while assisting with FIT booking requests and leading groups on-site when required to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency.

The position requires occasional travel to conduct site visits, coordinate on-ground arrangements, and ensure quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with group flight ticket issuance, name lists, special meal requests and related operational matters.
  • Coordinate hotel bookings, rooming lists, and payment processing with approved vendors.
  • Liaise with clients on quotations, confirmations, required documents and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare itineraries, manifests, programme sheets and all necessary group travel documentation.
  • Provide operational support to travel sales, ensuring accurate pricing inputs and smooth delivery of services.
  • Assist customer service team on online FIT booking requests and fulfilment.
  • Travel and serve as tour leader/journey host for local and overseas groups to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support preparation of sales proposals and presentations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and STB regulations in documentation and processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel operations, ticketing, or customer service (fresh candidates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
  • Able to travel overseas and work on evenings/weekends when required for tour-leading duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning booking systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in airline reservation systems, ticket issuance or travel operations workflows.
  • Knowledge of group travel logistics, manifests, and vendor coordination.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with STB Travel Agent compliance and PDPA requirements a bonus.
