NTUC Club commemorates SG60 with a revelry-packed six-month calendar of play, exclusive perks and heartfelt stories
May 20 2025, Singapore: To mark Singapore’s 60th year of independence, NTUC Club is all set to launch six months of programmes and initiatives from May 2025, under its SG60 with NTUC Club campaign. As the social and engagement arm of the Labour Movement, NTUC Club is dedicated to empowering workers in Singapore to enjoy a better quality of life through affordable leisure choices.
SG60 with NTUC Club captures the spirit of “SG60: Building Our Singapore Together” – a celebration rooted in local culture and heritage, fuelled by innovation, and inspired by play as a way of life. Supported by an ecosystem of NTUC Club’s multi-faceted lifestyle brands, communities and venue spaces, the SG60 with NTUC Club programme is thoughtfully curated to appeal to a wide audience of families, working adults, youths, and even corporations.
NTUC Club is unpacking a slew of attractive promotions from June in the form of a downloadable catalogue that will be launched in July, alongside several SG60-themed events such as the upcoming Mermaid Tales at Wild Wild Wet, where discounted passes go on sale this month. Working professionals can also look forward to party at a vibrant Mambo Night happening at D’Marquee on August 23, where they can vibe to retro beats and infectious grooves – more details coming soon.
In August, NTUC Club will launch its all-new YouTube channel, premiering its ‘60 Voices, 60 Journeys’ Series: 60 human-interest video features that spotlight voices from all walks of life – from resilience to triumph – offering a heartfelt and uplifting tribute to Singapore’s shared journey, one that NTUC Club is proud to be part of.

An SG60 page on NTUC Club’s website will go live in July, serving as a dedicated platform, offering everyone access to the full slate of programmes and deals curated for the special occasion.

DE’s signature Mermaid Tales makes a special comeback to Wild Wild Wet (WWW), with a local touch to kick off the series of celebrations. In August, the waterpark will transform into an enchanting mermaid lagoon, transporting families into a magical underwater world, where they get to meet Singapore’s first mermaid Syrena (founder of the Singapore Mermaid School), and immerse in an array of performances, storytelling sessions and singalongs, workshops as well as photo opportunities.
Exclusively on Aug 9, the mermaids will recount Singapore’s journey in a fresh way through song, story, and water. Guests can enjoy mermaid-led singalongs of beloved National Day songs and storytelling sessions that bring Singapore’s origins to life.
